These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Silk Road Publishing website and services (the “Service”). 4. Purchases, Payment & Prices

4.1 All book listings and other products/services offered on the site constitute invitations to treat; your orders are offers which we may accept or reject in our sole discretion.
